JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to handle end-to-end virtual sales cycles, engage prospective clients, conduct product presentations, negotiate terms, and close sales to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and virtual presentations to prospective customers, presenting IT products and consulting services.
Understand customer requirements, address objections professionally, negotiate pricing structures, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
Manage and qualify inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads while systematically tracking lead progress in the CRM.
Build strong rapport with clients to ensure high conversion rates, repeat business,



and long-term customer satisfaction.
Record call outcomes, track sales performance metrics, and provide regular feedback on customer insights and market trends.
Required Qualifications & Skills
UG: Any Graduate
2+ years of hands-on experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, B2C Sales, or Remote Negotiation.
Strong knowledge of sales strategies, objection handling, lead qualification, and customer pipeline management.
Excellent verbal communication, persuasive negotiation, and solid interpersonal skills.
Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
