About us

Talent Hub Australia is a Brisbane-based recruitment, labour hire and remote staffing company. We work with NDIS providers, aged care organisations, GP clinics and allied health businesses across Australia. Our fastest-growing service is remote and virtual assistant teams, which handle rostering, reception, admin and compliance work for our clients.

The role

You will be responsible for filling our sales pipeline. You'll run paid campaigns, email outreach and other channels to bring in qualified leads from Australian service businesses, and you'll hand them to our sales team ready to talk.

You'll work independently and be measured on results.

What you'll do

- Plan, run and improve Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Build and send B2B email campaigns and follow-up sequences
- Use other channels, such as LinkedIn outreach and cold email, to find and warm up prospects
- Capture every lead in our CRM and keep it up to date
- Track cost per lead and conversion rates, and report on what's working each week
- Test current messages, audiences and offers,



and drop what doesn't perform
- Work with our sales team to make sure leads are the right fit, not just high in number

What we're looking for

Essential:

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads, with results you can talk about
- Experience with email marketing, including writing campaigns and managing lists and sequences
- A sales background, with experience in B2B sales, ideally selling services
- Strong written and spoken English, as you'll deal directly with our Australian team
- Ability to work on your own, manage your time and follow through without being chased
- Reliable internet and a quiet place to work

Highly regarded:

- Experience selling to, or marketing for, the healthcare, NDIS, aged care or staffing sectors
- Experience with a CRM (we use Zoho)
- Experience with lead scraping and outreach tools
- Understanding of the Australian market
