Role Summary

Handson Nokia FlowOne Technical Specialist with deep product expertise in telecom Order Management and Service Fulfilment.
This role is 100% technical and requires strong experience in FlowOne configuration, customization, integrations, and L2/L3 production support in highvolume telecom environments.

Not a PM / Transition / Coordination role this is a hardcore technical SME position.

MustHave Skills (NonNegotiable)

- Nokia FlowOne – strong handson experience
- Telecom Order Management / Service Fulfilment (BSS/OSS)
- Java & SQL (productionlevel usage)
- L2/L3 production support for enterprise telecom platforms
- API & integration troubleshooting (REST / SOAP)

Key Technical Responsibilities

Nokia FlowOne Product Expertise

- Deep understanding of FlowOne Order Management internals
- Handson knowledge of:
- Order orchestration & decomposition
- Order state transitions
- Fallout & jeopardy handling
- Ability to debug Lead Order Activation Closure flows endtoend

Configuration & Customization

- Configure and support:
- Order templates
- Business rules & validations
- Workflow logic
- Productservice mappings




- Implement and optimize custom FlowOne extensions
- Prefer configurationfirst approach over code changes

Integrations & Interfaces

- Handson integration support with:
- CRM systems
- Billing platforms
- Middleware / ESB
- Network / provisioning systems
- Debug:
- Interface failures
- Payload & data mapping issues
- SLA breaches across systems

Production Support (L2/L3)

- Analyze and resolve:
- Order stuck / order fallout issues
- Performance degradation
- Data inconsistencies
- Perform rootcause analysis (RCA) and permanent fixes
- Work across logs, DB, interfaces, and batch layers

Batch, Performance & Backend

- Experience with batch vs online processing
- Understanding of:
- Batch windows & dependencies
- Scheduler tools (e.g., ControlM or similar)
- Solid SQL skills for data analysis and reconciliation
- Basic JVM and performance tuning awareness

GoodtoHave

- MVNO / M2M order flows
- Linux production environments
- Experience with OEM / COTS telecom platforms
- Highvolume order ecosystems
