About the Role

Vected Technologies is seeking a motivated and professional HR Executive cum Mentor to support recruitment, employee coordination, talent development, and mentoring activities in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will combine strong HR fundamentals with excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities Human Resources

• Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Schedule interviews and maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and support timely closures.

• Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience.

• Assist with onboarding coordination, employee documentation, HR communication, and routine HR operations.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling employee and candidate information. Key Responsibilities – Mentoring

• Mentor students, trainees, or junior team members on professional communication and workplace readiness.





• Support learners in improving communication, interview preparation, presentation skills, and professional behavior.

• Conduct or coordinate mentoring sessions, activities, and feedback discussions.

• Track learner participation and progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure mentoring and training activities are delivered effectively.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools or HR systems.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Professional attitude, ownership, confidentiality, and a people-focused approach.
