Role & responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents.
- Train, motivate, and develop agents to improve productivity.
- Drive sales of health insurance products through the agency channel.
- Conduct regular meetings and field activities with agents.
- Support agents in lead generation, customer acquisition, and policy conversion.
- Monitor agent performance and ensure achievement of business targets.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in field sales will be preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in Agency Sales, Insurance Sales, Banking, Financial Services, Direct Sales, or Field Sales.
