Key Responsibilities

- Review medical records and assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes
- Apply ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines
- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with applicable guidelines
- Identify missing or unclear documentation and communicate appropriately
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- Stay updated with changes in coding guidelines and regulations.

Requirements

- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Valuable understanding of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- CPC/CCS certification is an advantage
- Candidates with relevant medical coding experience are preferred
