Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Coupa Consultant to join our team and support implementation, enhancement and support of Coupa P2P and O2C processes.

The ideal candidate should have 6+ Years strong functional understanding of Coupa modules and solid communication skills to engage with business users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions in Coupa platform.
- Configure and support Coupa modules including P2P, Supplier Model, and Callouts.
- Manage supplier onboarding, catalogs, approvals, and events within Coupa.
- Integrate Coupa with other ERP modules (SAP SD, MM, FI) and external systems using APIs.
- Perform API analysis using Postman for REST/SOAP integrations.
- Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) , O2C and R2R process flows including requisitions, RFQ, RFP, purchase orders, invoicing, payments, sales order, Shipment, Schedule agreement, Delivery and report.
- Coordinate end-to-end testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide functional support.
- Create documentation for configurations, integrations,



and business processes.
- Conduct training sessions and communicate configuration impacts effectively to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills with ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in Coupa P2P cycle and related modules.
- Understanding of SD cycle and MM cycle integration with Coupa.
- Knowledge of Callout functionality in Coupa for custom validations and external calls.
- Experience in Supplier Model, Supplier onboarding, and Supplier events.
- Ability to analyze APIs using Postman and understanding of REST/SOAP integrations.
- Positive analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and recommend process improvements
