Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst (8+ years) who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

- Work with stakeholders to define business needs, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and process reviews to gather detailed requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and user stories.

Technical Analysis & Solution Design

- Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable and feasible technical solutions.
- Analyze complex systems, APIs, databases, and integrations.
- Create process flows, data models, wireframes, and use case documents.

Project & Delivery Support

- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and release planning.
- Ensure requirements are properly implemented and validated.

Stakeholder Management

- Serve as a liaison between business leaders, engineers, architects, and third-party vendors.
- Communicate requirements, changes, and impacts clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.




- Manage expectations and ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain comprehensive documentation: BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and data maps.
- Prepare status reports, requirement traceability matrices, and functional test scenarios.

Process Improvement

- Identify gaps in existing processes and propose automation or optimization opportunities.
- Support digital transformation, system enhancements, and integration projects.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business.
- 8+ years of experience as a Technical BA or similar technical/analytical role.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with:
- APIs / Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- SQL or database query tools
- System integrations and architecture concepts
- Technical documentation and modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence)

- Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
