- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted training solutions.
- Design and implement effective learning strategies to enhance employee performance.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive training content.
- Evaluate training program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to support employees' professional growth.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility and adaptability.
- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technologies, with the ability to learn recent systems quickly.
