Role Overview

We are looking for a backend-oriented Python developer with strong experience in Python, Django/Flask, REST APIs, and relational databases.

Strong backend and database fundamentals are the priority. Experience with React or Angular is required, while exposure to AI/Generative AI technologies is an added advantage.



Must-Have Skills

- 2–4 years of professional software development experience
- Robust hands-on experience with Python
- Experience with Django / Flask / Django REST Framework
- Strong understanding of Backend Development & REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL / MS SQL / MySQL
- Strong SQL knowledge – joins, indexing, database design & optimization
- Hands-on experience with React or Angular
- Proficiency with Git
- Understanding of SDLC, debugging, testing & code quality
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Willingness to work in a Night Shift

Good to Have

- Generative AI / LLM application exposure
- OpenAI / Azure OpenAI API integration
- RAG, LangChain/LangGraph,

- FastAPI / Flask
- Docker / containerization

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test and maintain scalable Python backend applications
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs
- Write clean, reusable and maintainable Python code
- Design and optimize database queries, schemas and integrations
- Collaborate with React/Angular frontend developers
- Troubleshoot issues and improve backend performance, reliability and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards
- Write unit and integration tests
- Work with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement
