- Oversee billing and revenue cycle management to ensure timely collection of payments from patients.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop policies, procedures, and protocols for OPD services.
Job Requirements :
- 8-24 years of experience in healthcare operations or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of billing, P&L; (profit & loss), and revenue cycle management principles.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale hospitals or clinics with multiple departments.
