Job Description: Quality Lead Finance & Accounting
Key Responsibilities
Process Improvement & Transformation
- Identify, analyze, and implement improvement opportunities to address recurring business challenges.
- Drive process effectiveness and efficiency initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality methodologies.
- Lead continuous improvement programs focused on productivity, accuracy, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
- Support digitization and modernization initiatives to enhance operational performanceand adoption of digital tools.
Analytics & Business Insights
- Analyze complex operational and performance data to derive actionable businessinsights.
- Provide leadership teams with meaningful quality and process performance reports.
- Identify operational risks, challenges, and mitigation strategies proactively.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with delivery teams to drive optimization initiatives, effort estimation, planning, and execution.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to manage change and implement process design enhancements.
- Represent the Quality function during senior leadership reviews, audits, governancemeetings, and client visits.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead and mentor large quality teams across engagements.
- Work closely with Training and Knowledge Management teams to identify capability gaps and drive training interventions.
- Foster collaboration with global quality teams and business stakeholders to ensuresuccessful execution of quality objectives.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications in Quality Management, Lean, or Six Sigma are preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 15+ years of overall BPM/Shared Services experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Quality Management within Finance &Accounting; operations.
- Proven experience managing quality assurance frameworks and process improvementprograms.
- Experience working with transitioned accounts and driving quality interventions during early engagement stages.
Technical & Functional Expertise
- Robust understanding of end-to-end Finance & Accounting processes.
- Experience working with leading ERP platforms such as:
- SAP / Oracle Other enterprise finance systems
- Expertise in quality control methodologies, process audits, metric management, andgovernance frameworks.
- Knowledge of digital transformation and automation initiatives within F&A; operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Six Sigma
- Black Belt certification.
- Lean
- Practitioner certification.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation and continuous improvement projects.
