Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced professionals for multiple positions within the Private Client Group (PCG) across India. The roles involve client acquisition, relationship management, equity advisory, portfolio growth, wealth management, and team leadership. Candidates with experience in Broking, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, and HNI/UHNI client handling are preferred.

Open Positions:

- Advisor - PCG (2-5 Years)
- Relationship Manager - PCG Sales (2-5 Years)
- Team Lead - PCG Sales (7-9 Years)
- Team Leader - Advisory (7-9 Years)

Locations:Chennai | Bangalore | Hyderabad | Kolkata | Pune | Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI clients.
- Drive AUM growth and client portfolio expansion.
- Execute equity trades and provide investment advisory services.
- Cross-sell Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Insurance, Bonds, SIP, FD, and Wealth Management products.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct portfolio review meetings and provide market insights.
- Achieve revenue, acquisition, and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor,



and develop sales/advisory teams (Leadership Roles).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Experience in Broking, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Advisory.
- Robust understanding of Equity Markets and Wealth Products.
- HNI/UHNI Client Acquisition & Relationship Management.
- AUM Growth & Revenue Generation.
- Equity Advisory / Equity Dealing Experience.
- Knowledge of Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Insurance, and Bonds.
- Strong communication, sales, and stakeholder management skills.
- Team handling experience for Team Lead/Leader positions.
- NISM/NCFM/AMFI certifications preferred.
- NISM Series VIII preferred for Team Leader - Advisory.
