You will be the oneresponsible for the acquiring and retaining trading influencers to promote the platform . You will focuson influencer relationship management. As an excellent business associate, you must have a knack foridentifying emerging high quality influencers and have an empathy for influencer needs. You must havethe ability to position recent features to existing influencers to increase adoption for newly launchedproducts. You must have data orientation and willingness to talk to influencers to gather feedback andshare it with the product team. You must be able to resolve any issues influencers are facing on theproduct by coordinating with relevant stakeholders in the company

Role purpose





Own and execute a broad controllership portfolio across group finance, financial statements, audits, secretarial/statutory reporting, ESOP, investor reporting, actuarial matters, Ind AS accounting, restructuring, investment accounting, impairment, SOPs and certifications. Because the role appears as both Owner and Backup across the matrix, the candidate must be capable of taking over work end-to-end.

Key responsibilities must be hands-on

- Support Month end closure and year end closure activities.
- Maintain and analyse group intercompany structure; support intercompany accounting and cross-charge matters.
- Prepare applicability lists for relevant laws/sections for group companies and track compliance requirements.
- Prepare ESOP workings and accounting and maintain supporting schedules.
- Prepare investor reporting and respond to investor queries with accurate financial data.
- Support FLA, DPT-3 and annual-return data preparation/review and coordinate secretarial reporting requirements.
- Support PFIC analysis for investors, including confirmations and related documentation.
- Coordinate Board Meeting finance requirements and prepare supporting financial information.
- Prepare annual financial statements for entities and support two-step consolidation.
- Own/coordinate statutory,



management and internal audits, including PBCs, reconciliations and auditor responses.
- Coordinate actuarial reports and ensure relevant finance entries/disclosures are captured.
- Own lease accounting and schedules and ensure Ind AS 116-related entries/reconciliations are complete.
- Support group restructuring projects and prepare finance data/analyses.
- Handle accounting for investments in unquoted investments, VDAs, SAFEs and similar instruments, including schedules and accounting support.
- Prepare/coordinate impairment assessments for investments and maintain supporting valuation/evidence files.

Technical capability expected

- Strong Ind AS / financial reporting fundamentals, particularly consolidation, leases, financial instruments/investments and impairment.
- Good understanding of audit processes and ability to prepare auditor-ready workings.
- Comfort with statutory/secretarial reporting and compliance data requirements.
- Robust Excel skills and ability to build workings from raw data.
- ERP experience, especially Oracle/NetSuite, is preferred.
- Ability to work across multiple entities and maintain a clean evidence trail.

Requirements

- Newly qualified CA with approximately 1.5 years relevant experience.
- Big 4 articleship or post-qualification experience preferred.
- Candidate must be a hands-on executor; pure audit coordination profiles are not sufficient.
- Strong financial reporting/audit fundamentals and Excel skills.
- Exposure to group entities, consolidation, Ind AS, investments or fintech/startup finance is preferred.
