We are looking for enthusiastic professionals to join our team for the role of HRO-Backend operations Associate for Chennai location.

Location: Wipro office Chennai
Work Model: 5 Days Work from Office (Sat-Sun Fixed Off)
Shift: US Shift | Night Shift (Post 5:30 PM till 9.5 hours)
Working Hours: 9.5 Hours
Facility: One-Side Cab Drop Available

Key Responsibilities:
Process backend operations inputs received from clients
Manage client escalations and provide prompt resolutions
Work on client emails and calls
Handle customer/client calls as required

Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 0-3 year in any Backend role/ BPO sector.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
• Customer-centric approach and attention to detail
• Willingness to work in night shifts
