- Handle end-to-end recruitment for client requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Resdex, LinkedIn, referrals and job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Understand client JDs, salary budgets, locations and hiring criteria.
- Recruit primarily for BFSI, Insurance, Banking and Sales roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
- Regularly follow up with candidates until selection and joining.
- Maintain daily candidate trackers, MIS and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain an active candidate database/talent pipeline.
- Work towards assigned daily/weekly/monthly closure and joining targets.
- Ensure valuable candidate communication and minimize interview/joining dropouts.
- Coordinate with the internal team and management for urgent/bulk hiring requirements.
