- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with HRs and key decision-makers at corporates, alumni networks, RWA presidents & committees, and premium clubs through 1-1 meetings and awareness sessions.
- Develop a consistent channel of RWA and corporate partnerships focused on long-term, repeat engagement rather than one-off outreach.
- Own end-to-end, on-ground execution of sessions across corporates and societies.
- Drive incremental growth through existing client relationships and a structured referral system.
- Identify and pilot current outreach channels, formats and partner communities.
Preferred candidate profile
610 years of experience in community, alumni-network, business/executive-centre, or event curation roles; candidates from FMCG marketing or the Armed Forces are equally welcome.
- Comfortable in a relationship-first,
non-target-driven role rather than a transactional sales environment.
- Willing to undergo advisory-style training to represent Prospurts credibly as its first point of contact.
- Views this as a long-term career path toward a Partner role, working closely with the founder.
Strong networking ability with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Clear understanding of Prospurts' business model and the ability to articulate its differentiation confidently.
Self-motivated and outcome-oriented without requiring aggressive target pressure.
Collaborative working style able to partner effectively with advisors and channel partners rather than compete with them.
Strong follow-through and relationship management over extended timelines.
