Job Summary

SGM Group is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our Real Estate Sales Team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills, along with experience in property sales and customer conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage potential customer leads for real estate projects.
- Connect with prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans and location advantages.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits with interested clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property deals.
- Maintain client records,



sales reports and follow-up details in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management to ensure smooth deal closure.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Property Sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up and client-handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of real estate sales processes and site-visit management.
- Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- A four-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
