Role & responsibilities

• Drive products end-to-end: Own the product lifecycle from identifying the problem and defining the solution to building, testing, launching and continuously improving the product. • Vibe code and build POCs: Rapidly prototype ideas using AI-assisted coding and emerging development tools to validate concepts and demonstrate business value. • Build AI/agentic applications: Translate business opportunities into practical AI-powered products, workflows and agentic applications. • Manage engineering teams: Work closely with and manage a team of engineers to deliver products and projects with high quality and within defined timelines. • Partner with business stakeholders: Liaise closely with business leaders and functional teams to understand needs, define requirements, align priorities and drive adoption. • Own testing and delivery: Drive end-to-end product testing, user acceptance, deployment and delivery, ensuring the final product meets business and user requirements. • Continually improve products: Analyse user feedback, adoption and performance to continuously enhance product features, usability and impact. • Drive innovation: Identify emerging technologies, new use cases and opportunities to continuously improve how Times Group businesses operate and serve their customers.



• Create business value: Develop and present recommendations that improve efficiency, generate revenue, enhance customer experience or create recent growth opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2+ years of software programming/development experience, with the ability to understand and work closely with engineering teams. • 2+ years of experience in Product Management or Consulting; experience with a Big 4 consulting firm is preferred. • Hands-on experience in Vibe Coding, rapid prototyping and building AI-powered / agentic applications. • Strong product thinking with the ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution. • Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior business stakeholders and technology teams. • High proficiency in data analysis and drawing actionable insights. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from IIT, NIT, BITS Pilani, BITS Mesra or another Tier-1 engineering institution. • MBA from a reputed institute such as IIM, ISB or XLRI is preferred, but not mandatory. • High ownership, entrepreneurial mindset and a bias for action; comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
