Salary
14,800 30,000 CTC
Salary based on relevant experience and interview performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates
- Conduct recruitment calls and candidate follow-ups
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Follow up for selection and joining
- Maintain recruitment MIS and achieve hiring targets
