About MatAll
MatAll delivers construction materials (electrical, plumbing, hardware, cement and more) in 60 minutes across Gurugram, through a growing network of local shops. We're expanding across NCR, and every current shop we sign makes us faster.

What you'll do

- Call hardware, electrical, plumbing and paint suppliers and introduce MatAll
- Explain how MatAll works for shops, including our partner plans
- Sign shops up directly, or book meetings for our field sales team
- Help new shops get started on the MatAll app
- Stay in touch with partner shops, solve their questions and keep them active
- Keep every lead and conversation updated in our tracker
- We'll train you on everything: the product, the partner plans and how to talk to shop owners.

Who we're looking for

- You can talk to anyone and build rapport within the first few minutes of a call




- You don't give up after the first "no"
- Shop owners trust you because you listen as much as you talk
- Fluent Hindi; English is not mandatory
- Organised enough to track dozens of conversations a week

Where this can take you

- In 3 months: you run your own pipeline of shops, from first call to onboarding
- In 6 months: strong performers move to a full-time Inside Sales Associate role
- In 12 months: you help build our inside sales team, preparing each new city before we launch there. Depending on your interests, you can grow into a sales lead or category lead role.

How you'll be measured

- Shops onboarded and meetings booked each week
- How many of your shops stay active
