Roles and Responsibilities:
• Execute sourcing across S2C lifecycle: supplier outreach, RFx events, negotiations, awards, and contracting.
• Support development of category strategies, pipelines, and roadmaps using research and financial/commercial analysis.
• Analyze supplier proposals/contracts to optimize results and inform negotiations.
• Embed AI and digital tools into sourcing workflows to streamline operations and reporting.
• Deliver business development support including assessments, due diligence, and case studies.
• Produce market intelligence and thought leadership content for clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach peers/juniors in sourcing, AI use, procurement practices, and Category.
• Build trusted relationships with suppliers and stakeholders; adapt communication for executives and functions.




• Manage multiple projects independently in energetic environments while contributing to shared services/matrix structures.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in procurement practices and ecosystems.
• Travel up to 50% to client sites.
