Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitor patients undergoing dialysis, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
- Prepare patients for dialysis by cleaning and disinfecting equipment, attaching IV lines, and positioning them on the machine.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatment plans, including medications administered and test results.
- Assist nephrologists with procedures such as inserting vascular access points (fistulas or grafts) when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in a hospital setting or related field.
- Knowledge of dialysis machines, equipment operation, and basic life support techniques.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day.
- Solid attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
