We are looking for an experienced IAM Engineer and Oracle Identity Manager Developer SME to support identity governance and administration initiatives in a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in Oracle Identity Manager, Java/J2EE development, application integrations, identity lifecycle management, recertification, RBAC, SoD, and provisioning/deprovisioning processes. This role requires deep technical expertise, robust stakeholder coordination, and the ability to guide engineering and development teams on OIM architecture, APIs, database models, and integration best practices.

Key Skills and Expertise
4+ years of Oracle Identity Manager development experience, including JML provisioning and deprovisioning, recertification, RBAC, SoD, and application integrations.
Strong understanding of Oracle Identity Manager components, services, dependencies, APIs, SDKs, and database models.
In-depth knowledge of identity governance processes, including joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle, access recertification, role-based access control, segregation of duties, and identity management.
Hands-on experience configuring OIM workflows, policies, application integrations, and identity governance capabilities.
Strong full-stack development experience using Java, J2EE, SQL, Linux/Unix, Unix scripting, PowerShell, and Python scripting.
Experience integrating ServiceNow ITSM workflows with Oracle Identity Manager.
Working knowledge of SailPoint IIQ and IBM ISIM.
Ability to guide engineering and development teams on OIM APIs, database models,
integrations, and best practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
Excellent client-facing, presentation, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under fixed SLAs, timelines, and delivery commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Identity Manager and identity governance processes, including recertification, RBAC, access requests, SoD, JML, provisioning, and deprovisioning.
Analyze the organization s recertification, access request, and RBAC processes to recommend effective technical and process improvements.
Assess how recertification, access request, and RBAC capabilities are implemented across OIM, SailPoint, ISIM, and custom identity governance applications.
Review APIs, data models, workflows, and integration patterns across OIM and other IGA tools to support scalable solution design.
Guide application architecture and design teams on best practices for recertification and role management processes.
Support the development of custom certification user interfaces and role management layers on top of OIM, ISIM, SailPoint, and other internal IGA platforms.
Guide application development teams on using OIM, SailPoint, and ISIM APIs and database models to extract and update objects such as certifications, access requests, entitlements, identities, and roles.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
Communicate risks, roadblocks, and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
