Roles & Responsibilities:

- Monitor, triage, and investigate security alerts across multiple security platforms.
- Analyse phishing attempts, endpoint threats, identity anomalies, and cloud security events.
- Perform incident investigation, containment, and remediation activities for security incidents.
- Correlate data from various sources to determine scope, impact, and root cause.
- Escalate high-severity incidents and collaborate with Incident Response, IT, and Security teams.
- Document investigations, findings, and response actions clearly and accurately.
- Tune detection rules to reduce false positives and improve alert quality.
- Contribute to security automation initiatives and continuous process improvements.
- Participate in incident response exercises and readiness activities.
- Skills: Alert Investigation, Incident Response, SIEM (Splunk), EDR, SOAR (Cortex XSOAR/TORQ/Google Chronicle)
