Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:•

Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of all software development activities within the project.• Collaborate with program managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including hardware, firmware, testing, and customer stakeholders.• Ensure adherence to software development processes, quality standards, and documentation practices.• Facilitate regular status reviews, prepare progress reports,



and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.• Support the team in resolving technical challenges and removing roadblocks.Required Skills:• Proven experience in leading embedded software projects in a structured development environment.• Robust understanding of embedded systems, firmware/software development, and hardware-software integration.• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence).• Experience in agile or hybrid development methodologies.• Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making skills.• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
