Role & responsibilities

- Develop and implement a transformation roadmap aligned with the companys growth plans and business priorities.
- Identify process gaps, delays, waste and opportunities for improvement across departments.
- Work with functional heads to improve manufacturing productivity, capacity utilisation, quality and delivery performance.
- Strengthen coordination between planning, purchase, stores, production, quality and sales.
- Lead digitalisation, automation and practical AI initiatives with clear business benefits.
- Simplify workflows, establish standard procedures and improve the accuracy and availability of management information.
- Define project objectives, owners, timelines, budgets and measurable outcomes.
- Guide managers and employees through change through communication, training and hands-on support.
- Track project progress, resolve implementation challenges and report results to management.
- Ensure improvements are sustained through clear ownership, regular reviews and effective controls.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Management or a related discipline. An MBA or relevant qualification in Lean,



Six Sigma or project management would be an advantage.
- Proven experience leading business transformation, operational excellence or cross-functional improvement programmes.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain processes; experience in garments, textiles or consumer products is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable improvements in productivity, cost, quality and lead time.
- Experience implementing digital systems, automation or data-driven decision-making.
- Strong project management, analytical and commercial judgment.
- Ability to influence functional heads, build team commitment and manage resistance to change.
- A practical, results-focused approach, with the ability to move from strategy to execution.
