Position Summary

We are looking for a highly accomplished Program Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead enterprise-level programs, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure successful delivery across multiple cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in program governance, stakeholder management, and large-scale transformation projects, with a robust ability to influence senior leadership and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Program Strategy & Leadership

- Define long-term program vision, roadmap, scope, and success metrics.
- Lead large, multi-disciplinary teams on complex, high-impact programs.
- Align program objectives with organizational strategy and executive expectations.
- Drive change management and organizational transformation initiatives.

Program Execution & Delivery

- Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple interconnected projects.
- Implement robust governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and quality standards.
- Manage resource allocation, budgets, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to expected quality.

Stakeholder & Executive Management

- Collaborate with C-level executives, business leaders, clients, and external partners.
- Conduct executive briefings, steering committee reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Build alignment across business functions such as product, engineering, operations, and finance.

Team Leadership & Development

- Mentor and guide project managers, leads,



and cross-functional contributors.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
- Provide performance feedback, skill development, and succession planning.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

- Implement best practices in program management, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and frameworks.
- Identify process inefficiencies and lead initiatives to optimize operations.
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance program performance and decision-making.

Financial Oversight & Compliance

- Develop and manage multi-million-dollar budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and organizational standards.
- Manage vendor contracts, negotiations, and third-party engagements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or relevant discipline; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of program and project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex programs at scale.
- Deep expertise in strategic planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in program management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.).
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master certification (highly desirable).
