Role - Senior HMI Developer - Android Automotive (AAOS)

Experience - 4 to 7 years

Location - Chennai

- Develop Android Automotive OS (AAOS) HMI applications for vehicle infotainment and cluster displays.
- Build user interfaces using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, MVVM, and Clean Architecture.
- Implement and maintain Bluetooth (Classic/BLE) and Wi-Fi connectivity features.
- Design AIDL/Binder IPC solutions for communication between system apps and services.
- Develop responsive, real-time applications using Coroutines, Flow, and multithreading.
- Integrate vehicle data from CAN/CAN FD networks and Vehicle HAL into HMI applications.
- Optimize application performance, stability, and system reliability.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable code through reviews and best practices.
- Collaborate with platform, embedded, QA, UX, and hardware teams for end-to-end feature delivery.
- Work with Android system-level components, privileged APIs, and automotive-specific frameworks.
