- Plan and coordinate daily production activities in the Sheet Metal, Stamping, Fabrication, Assembly Shops to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure effective use of resources by monitoring inventory levels, scheduling maintenance tasks, and minimizing downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met and report any defects or issues.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in a similar role within the automobile industry.
- Strong understanding of Press Shop, Weld Shop operations and fabrication techniques.
- Proficiency in daily production planning using tools like MIS reports etc.
