Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end operations in assigned center.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
- Ensure exceptional patient experience and operational excellence.
- Monitor branch performance, quality standards, compliance, and cost optimization.
- Lead and mentor Front Office, Counselors, and Operations teams.
- Drive surgery conversion, patient satisfaction, and business development initiatives.
- Coordinate medical camps, outreach activities, and marketing programs.
- Ensure implementation of SOPs, quality standards, patient safety, and operational protocols.
- Analyze branch KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate
- 4-10 years of experience in hospital operations, healthcare center management, or cluster operations.
- Proven experience in managing branch is preferred.
- Robust leadership, business acumen, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
