Job Title: IT - Analyst/Developer - Generic 2
Location: Hyderabad
Duration: 12 Months
- 4-6 years of experience in the ServiceNow platform across administration and development.
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow platform and architecture.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and familiarity with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, Application Portfolio Management, and/or ITOM applications (CMDB, Discovery, Event Management).
- Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework and other testing tools.
- Experience with Virtual Agent and Now Assist or similar Generative AI solutions.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer is must
