Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Delivery Design, prepare and deliver engaging Mathematics lesson plans aligned with the prescribed board curriculum.
- Teach Mathematics concepts effectively to Senior Secondary students.
- Simplify complex mathematical concepts and encourage logical and analytical thinking.
- Assessment & Evaluation Prepare question papers, assignments and other assessments.
- Evaluate assignments and answer scripts.
- Provide constructive feedback to students.
- Maintain accurate academic records for each student.
- Classroom Management Maintain a disciplined, interactive and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage active student participation and mathematical problem-solving.
- Support students in developing strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Parent Engagement Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
- Provide constructive feedback regarding student progress, attendance, academic performance and behavioural development.

Key Requirements:





- Masters Degree in Mathematics (M.A./M.Sc.) from a recognized university.
- (Bachelor of Education) is strictly mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of proven teaching experience at the TGT/Senior Secondary level in a recognized school.
- In-depth knowledge of Senior Secondary Mathematics.
- Solid knowledge of Algebra, Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, Statistics, Probability and related concepts.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to explain mathematical concepts clearly and effectively.
