Job Summary

Spark Techwave InnovationZ Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced SAP CPI / Integration Consultant with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), SAP Integration Suite, iFlows, REST/SOAP APIs, Groovy scripting, adapters, mappings, and integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain integrations using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).
- Develop and maintain iFlows based on business and technical requirements.
- Integrate SAP systems such as S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and other SAP applications with external systems.
- Develop integrations between SAP and non-SAP applications.
- Configure and work with various CPI adapters and connectivity options.
- Develop transformations and mappings between different data formats.
- Create and consume REST and SOAP APIs.
- Develop scripts using Groovy for data transformation and custom integration logic.
- Configure routing, exception handling, message processing, and monitoring.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and analyze message-processing logs.
- Implement secure integrations using appropriate authentication mechanisms.
- Work with functional and technical teams to understand integration requirements.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and production support.
- Prepare technical documentation for interfaces and integration flows.




- Monitor integration processes and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.
- Follow SAP integration architecture, security, and development best practices.

Required Skills

- 2–6 years of experience in SAP CPI / SAP Cloud Integration.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite.
- Strong experience developing and maintaining iFlows.
- Positive knowledge of:

- Content Modifier
- Router
- Filter
- Multicast
- Splitter
- Gather
- Message Mapping
- Value Mapping
- Exception Subprocess

- Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
- Knowledge of JSON, XML, CSV, and other data formats.
- Hands-on experience with Groovy scripting.
- Experience with integration adapters such as:

- HTTP
- SOAP
- OData
- SFTP
- IDoc
- RFC
- JDBC

- Knowledge of API-based integrations.
- Experience with authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, Basic Authentication, and certificates.
- Understanding of integration patterns and error-handling mechanisms.
- Experience in monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting CPI integrations.
- Good understanding of SAP and non-SAP system integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC integrations.
- Knowledge of SAP API Management.
- Experience with SAP Event Mesh.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP.
- Experience integrating:

- SAP SuccessFactors
- SAP Ariba
- SAP Concur
- SAP Sales Cloud
- SAP Datasphere

- Knowledge of OData services.
- Experience with IDoc, RFC,



BAPI, and SOAP services.
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, and certificate-based authentication.
- Experience with SAP Integration Advisor.
- Knowledge of Open Connectors.
- Experience with CI/CD and transport management.
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud Connector.
- SAP Integration Suite certification is an advantage.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP CPI and Integration Suite.
- Ability to independently develop and troubleshoot iFlows.
- Strong understanding of integration architecture and data transformation.
- Good understanding of SAP and third-party application integrations.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
