- We are looking for an experienced Data / AI/ML Tester with 4-7 years of experience in data testing, ETL/ELT testing, software testing, and AI/ML validation.
- The candidate should have solid hands-on expertise in SQL, Snowflake, dbt testing, data quality validation, and data pipeline testing.
- The role involves validating data transformations, ETL/ELT pipelines, analytical outputs, AI/ML model predictions, and data integrity against source systems.
- The candidate should be capable of performing reconciliation, identifying duplicates, invalid or expired records, inconsistencies, false positives, and edge cases.
- Experience in validating AI/ML or LLM-generated outputs, measuring accuracy against ground truth, identifying failure patterns, and checking response consistency is preferred.
- The role also requires collaboration with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and development teams, along with defect tracking, test automation, and CI/CD testing exposure.
- Experience with Snowflake, data lineage, cataloguing, and regulated data environments will be an added advantage.
