We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to lead large-scale Workday implementation and transformation projects.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 2 full-cycle Workday implementations
- Robust understanding of Workday HCM business processes
- Experience with Business Object relationships and Workday Data Sources
- Strong knowledge of Workday Security Architecture
- Knowledge of Workday Integration frameworks, WSDL and APIs
- Experience across HCM, Benefits, Time Tracking and Absence
- Strong Project Management and Business Analysis experience
- Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, UAT and deployment
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Workday certification must.
