About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2–6 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT requirements in an engineering services setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand client/hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, location, notice period, and CTC.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelines for multiple requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, offer discussions, and joining formalities.
- Handle CTC negotiation, notice period discussions, and candidate closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
- Ensure regular follow-up and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.




- Work closely with internal teams, hiring managers, and clients to understand changing requirements.
- Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

Required Skills

- 2–6 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong sourcing experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Good knowledge of Boolean search and candidate screening.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good stakeholder and candidate management skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.

Preferred

- Experience in an Engineering Services, IT Services, Consulting, or Staffing organization.
- Experience working with multiple clients and handling different types of requirements.
- Exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring.
