Responsibilities:
- Partner with executive leadership to design workforce planning, organizational development, and retention strategies
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for corporate, branch, and operational/factory roles, ensuring low time-to-fill and high hiring quality
- Adherence to regional and national labour laws, statutory regulations (such as PF, ESI, Gratuity), and workplace policies
- Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary matters, union negotiations, and employee engagement initiatives
- Manage performance appraisal systems, career development, and competitive compensation and benefits structures.
- Oversee payroll coordination, HR MIS reporting, and metric tracking.
