Role Overview
We are looking for a Real Estate Legal Advisor* to be the primary legal point of contact for our investment and asset management activities. The role involves transaction structuring, legal due diligence, contract management and coordination with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

* Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, lease deeds, JV agreements, and other transaction documents.
* Conduct legal due diligence covering *property title, encumbrances, land records, approvals, and zoning compliance*.
* Manage corporate secretarial activities and ensure compliance under the *Companies Act*.
* Coordinate with external law firms, government authorities, and other stakeholders on disputes,



litigation, and regulatory matters.
* Advise management and internal teams on *RERA, property laws, corporate laws, and regulatory developments*.
* Identify legal and regulatory risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
* Support the legal aspects of acquisitions, investments, leasing, development, and other real estate transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* *LLB / LLM* from a reputed institution.
* *24 years of relevant experience* in real estate transactions & litigations.
* Robust knowledge of *Real Estate Laws, RERA, Property Laws, Contract Laws, Civil Laws and Corporate Compliance*.
* Excellent legal drafting, reviewing, negotiation, and analytical skills.
* Ability to translate complex legal matters into clear, business-oriented advice.
* Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple high-priority matters in a fast-paced environment.
* *Hyderabad-based - Full Time in- house*

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in *real estate companies, investment firms, corporate legal teams, or reputed law firms* will be preferred.
