About the Role
Param Dairy Limited is looking for enthusiastic BBA/MBA students to support a 4-week retail
sales promotion campaign for the Param Desi Ghee Consumer Scheme Pack.
The intern will be responsible for engaging with customers at selected retail outlets, creating
product awareness, facilitating product experience/sampling activities, and supporting the sales
team in driving retail offtake.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned retail outlets and support daily promotional activities.
Engage with customers and explain the Param Desi Ghee Consumer Scheme Pack.
Conduct Experience Before You Buy activities, including aroma experience and
selective sampling.
Create product awareness and communicate key product benefits and scheme details.
Encourage customers to consider/purchase the product.




Coordinate with the local sales team for smooth execution of activities.
Maintain daily activity and outlet visit reports.
Share customer feedback and market observations with the sales team.
Ensure proper display and visibility of promotional material at the outlet.

Follow company guidelines for customer interaction, hygiene and sampling.
Eligibility
BBA/MBA students preferred.
Freshers and students available for a 4-week internship may apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable interacting with customers at retail outlets.
Willingness to travel within the assigned location.

Key Outcome
