Be the primary point of contact for our Business-to-Business customers through & Chat

Handle sensitive issues with a positive and empathetic approach, always portraying the brand in a positive light.

Maintain customer records and documentation in our systems with precision. Suggest process improvements and flag documentation in

our systems with precision.

Preferred candidate profile

Mandate: Communication Skills Valuable verbal and written communication skills in English

Open to work from office- 9hrs with Rotational night shifts-any login after 4:30PM / 5 days of work,2 day-rotational offs.

Paid internship - 12000 per Month (Depending on the attendance)

Work start date: From 19th October - 30th December.
