Senior Executive Operations

Role Overview
Responsible for managing and optimizing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring effective manpower, inventory, material, and time utilization while consistently achieving inbound and outbound dispatch targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive daily Inbound & Outbound operations and ensure achievement of dispatch/production targets.
- Review processes, identify operational gaps and inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
- Manage manpower, productivity, shift planning, and task allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and accuracy to ensure availability while minimizing excess/obsolete inventory.
- Analyze operational and warehouse data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure effective utilization of WMS (Warehouse Management System) for inventory, order processing, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and reporting.
- Track key operational KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Planning, Inventory, Transport, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, quality requirements, and process controls.
- Act as a strong task master ,



ensuring timely execution, accountability, and closure of daily operational activities.
- Lead, motivate, and manage warehouse teams while maintaining effective communication and discipline.

Key Skills & Experience

- 36 years of experience in warehouse/operations management , preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with WMS and warehouse processes .
- Good understanding of Inbound, Outbound, inventory control, dispatch, and manpower planning .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.
- Excellent people management, communication, coordination, and execution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/MIS reporting .
- Target-oriented with strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
