- Develop and support SAP CRM technical objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).
- Design and develop ABAP programs, ALV reports, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, BAPIs, RFCs, User Exits, BAdIs, and Enhancements.
- Work on CRM Web UI enhancements and custom developments.
- Support CRM Middleware, IDoc/BDoc processing, and CRM-ECC integration.
- Develop and troubleshoot interfaces using Web Services, APIs, IDocs, RFCs, and BAPIs.
- Perform debugging, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with functional consultants for requirement gathering and technical solution design.
- Prepare technical specifications and unit test documents.
