Roles & Responsibilities

- Understand technical job requirements and identify relevant keywords.
- Conduct LinkedIn research and data-driven candidate sourcing using Boolean search.
- Investigate candidate profiles to question information and verify if they are genuinely qualified.
- Maintain, organize, and analyze candidate data using Google Sheets / Excel.
- Learn and apply our sourcing methodology independently to solve research problems.

Candidate Preferences

- Communication: Excellent English communication written and spoken.
- Education: 2nd, 3rd, 4th year college students from Science or Engineering Background preferred
- Skills: Comfort with data, Excel/Google Sheets, and ideally SQL, Python, or similar tools.
- Traits: Exceptional attention to detail, high curiosity, robust analytical skills, and ability to learn quickly.
- Commitment: Ability to genuinely commit to at least two years.

Recruiting experience is NOT required. We will train you in our sourcing methodology.
