Min of 3 to 4 years experience with Performance Testing and tuning.
•Review functional design and non-functional requirements and provide recommendations
•Should understand the challenges and strategies to effectively implement performance testing in an agile or Continuous delivery environment.
•Familiar with real-time, user-facing testing methodologies and approaches.
•Familiar with batch or background testing methodologies and approaches.
•Strong experience in cloud apps performance testing
•Strong understanding of the monitoring solutions and KPIs used to determine availability and performance of the technology stacks of the following: (Web (Apache), Application (Weblogic or Websphere or Kafka or Solace), and Database (SQL or DB2 or Oracle and Mongo)).
•Expertise in Test Planning, Test Estimation,



Test Strategy, Work Load Design, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Defect Management & Configuration Management.
•In-depth knowledge and working experience with Performance Center, JMeter, and other latest Performance Engineer & Performance Testing Virtualisation tools and Open Source performance testing tools (Apache JMeter, WebLOAD etc)
•generation, bottleneck analysis, usage of modeling tools and statistical analysis.
•Strong problem solving skills and very positive time management skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
