Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and quick-paced Content Creator to design high-quality learning and communication materials across multiple formats. You will work closely with stakeholders to quickly translate complex information into visually engaging decks, e-learning modules, videos, and quick reference guides.

Key Responsibilities

•Multi-Modal Content Creation: Design instructor-led decks (PowerPoint), e-learning assets, one-pagers, job aids, and short training videos.

•Rapid Delivery: Understand stakeholder requirements and produce polished, high-quality content under tight deadlines.

•Visual & Video Production: Handle layout design, image editing, basic video cutting, and motion graphics for training assets.

•Brand Alignment:



Ensure all content adheres to company branding, visual standards, and clear instructional structure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•Experience: 4+ years in content creation, instructional media design, or digital content roles.

•PowerPoint & Canva: Advanced mastery of slide layout, visual formatting, and rapid template creation.

•Adobe Creative Cloud: Working proficiency in Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

•Core Competencies: Strong layout design skills, attention to detail, speed, and effective stakeholder communication.

Good to Have

•Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360/Storyline/Rise).

•Exposure to retail, product, or compliance content creation.
