Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for our clients across EPC, Infrastructure, Construction, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Logistics, IT & Non-IT sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and prepare detailed candidate search strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, references and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical, functional and behavioural requirements.
- Conduct preliminary candidate discussions and assess suitability, experience and compensation expectations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Handle multiple mandates simultaneously and ensure closure within agreed timelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Support bulk hiring as well as niche/senior-level recruitment.
- Follow up on offer,



joining and onboarding until successful placement.
- Support business development through client mapping, identifying hiring opportunities and generating recent requirements.
- Ensure accurate recruitment MIS and regular reporting to management.

Preferred Profile

- Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
- 02 years of recruitment experience in consultancy / staffing / corporate recruitment.
- Strong exposure to EPC, Construction, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, IT or Non-IT recruitment will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation and candidate-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage recruitment targets.
- Result-oriented, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
