Role & responsibilities
8+ years of experience delivering and supporting enterprise HR Technology platforms, with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, cloud-based HCM solutions, and Agile, Product-Centric, and DevSecOps delivery models .
Strong knowledge of global HR processes and technologies, including Hire-to-Retire, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, Payroll, SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, SAP ECC HR, and SAP S/4HANA.
Preferred candidate profile
Own SAP SuccessFactors and related HR platforms, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Talent Management, Compensation,Workforce Analytics, SAP BTP, integrations, identity services, and payroll interfaces.
