- Handle IPD, OPD, Cash, Credit, TPA/Insurance and Corporate Billing.
- Prepare, verify and finalize patient bills and charges accurately.
- Verify room rent, doctor fees, nursing, pharmacy, investigations and procedure charges.
- Coordinate TPA pre-authorization, enhancement and discharge approval.
- Prepare and submit TPA/Insurance claim documents within timelines.
- Verify deductions, dis allowances, discounts, deposits and refunds.
- Complete final billing and discharge billing accurately and timely.
- Maintain accurate billing entries in HIS/Mednet and verify rates/packages.
- Coordinate with Accounts, TPA, Pharmacy, Lab, Radiology and Nursing for billing issues.
- Prepare daily billing, collection, pending and outstanding reports and escalate discrepancies.
