Role & responsibilities
- Must have Experience in end-to-end recruitment for workmen, apprentices, trainees, temporary staff (Blue Collar) and Onboarding
- Should Manage apprentice, trainee programs, including NAPS/ NATS/ BOAT compliance
- Prepare Payroll, Attendance, TPA Bills, Compliance trainee, attrition MIS reports using Excel and HR systems
- Proficient in using SAP and internal HR systems
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA or M.S.W with minimum 4 - 8 Years of Experience in HR Operations and Recruitment from Any OEM Industry
